Suffolk Podiatry delivers care to high risk patients and those requiring specialist intervention e.g. nail surgery for ingrowing toe nails, musculoskeletal lower limb problems and care for complications of the diabetic foot.
Before you complete your referral, please make sure you have the following items available:
- Up to 3 photos of your foot condition ready to upload from your phone or computer. You will not be able to proceed with your referral unless you submit photos
- A list of any medication you are taking
